Covid weddings

COVID UPDATE

So, we’re back in a Lockdown and your wedding plans will feel all up in the air either for the first time or again! Planning a wedding has taken on a whole different meaning, possibly filled with anxiety and an unknowing of what will happen next.

You should have peace of mind if you have to reschedule your date. Understandably the weeks and months leading up to your wedding date, the stress of watching announcements and translating what they mean to your day and what it might eventually mean can be challenging and stressful.

New changes have now been made to relieve any potential rescheduling pressures. You can now move your date at any time for a fee of £150. (Subject to availability). 90 days or less until your date and it can be moved at no extra charge.

Before rescheduling your wedding date why not consider the following:

  • Call your venue and get some new dates from them. The more dates you can choose from the better.
  • Next contact Cindy Kitchker Photography to check what dates are available.
  • Draw up a list of contacts of all suppliers: Hair stylists, MUA, DJ/Band etc. and email/call them to find out what dates they are available.
  • Focus on the new date that everyone can move to and get confirmation, you may need to make a compromise on a day, date or month.

WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU ARE ALREADY BOOKED ON OUR RESCHEDULED DATE?

Cindy Kitchker Photography will work with you to find new dates where both parties are available. If you decide to postpone your wedding to a date I am not available don’t panic, Emily from Cindy Kitchker Photography will be available. If not I am more than happy to recommend other photographers to you.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I WANT TO CANCEL MY WEDDING?

A difficult decision but In 2020 during the pandemic micro-weddings have proved to be popular and very successful, with a wider selection of venues and suppliers to choose from absolutely beautiful, intimate and precious moments are still being captured.
